Senwell is proud to announce the successful facilitated sale of adult care (assisted living) beds in Durham County, North Carolina. A prominent North Carolina operator was looking to develop an assisted living facility in Durham County, however preferred to acquire additional adult care beds rather than transfer beds from its existing portfolio. Senwell worked diligently to find a portion of the beds from an operator looking to convert its facility from assisted living to another use.
