Within a few short months, Senwell was able to secure the beds needed for a buyer looking to acquire a significant amount of beds for a new development in a desirable market in Southwest Ohio. The team completed the sale by aggregating beds from two sellers.
Senwell Senior Investment Advisors navigated through the complexity of working with a county and its Commissioners as well as a for-profit entity. The sales brought in much needed capital for improvements for both sellers. Ben Bohland and Brandon Bohland facilitated the transaction.
