The owners, a husband and wife, approached the Senwell team of advisors with their interest in exiting the Home Health industry so they could move to California to spend more time with their family. Senwell was able to successfully identify a skilled nursing operator who was looking to expand its line of service offerings in Ohio. The buyer currently operates a Home Health Agency in New York and saw this as a great opportunity to vertically integrate with their existing Ohio skilled nursing assets. The Home Health Agency accepts Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance. The Agency is certified by CHAP, a national accreditation agency.
