The buyer currently operates a Home Health Agency in New York and saw this as a great opportunity to vertically integrate with their existing Ohio skilled nursing assets. The Home Health Agency accepts Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance. The Agency is certified by CHAP, a national accreditation agency.
