Skilled Nursing Bed License Sale in Lorain County, OH

AUGUST 2018
Senwell Senior Investment Advisors is pleased to announce the successful bed transfer into Lorain County, Ohio. Senwell was approached by a buyer looking to build a new facility within the county. The team was able to successfully secure all of the beds through two sellers. Both were struggling with their census and the state’s bed taxes were hurting their bottom lines. The bed sale helped both sellers become leaner by going from semi-private to private rooms. Ben Bohland facilitated both transactions for this project.
