Senwell is excited to announce the successful transfer of beds for a development of a new AL/IL/SNF facility outside of Toledo, Ohio. Senwell completed the transaction on behalf of the buyer, a regional operator looking to add 62 SNF beds to the site. The seller capitalized on the transaction by lowering their bed count to under 100 beds to lock in a higher reimbursement from the state. Ben Bohland facilitated the sale.
