The seller was looking to exit in order to focus more attention on their core assets. The Senwell team of advisors was able to successfully deliver on the seller’s top priority throughout the process: confidentiality closing the transaction. Senwell was able to do so by arranging the off-market sale with an exclusive buyer, who was able to complete diligence and the sale quickly and quietly.
