Senwell Senior Investment Advisors facilitated the successful lease and license transition of a skilled nursing facility wing in Canton, Ohio. The transaction marked a shift from a regional health system to a long-term care operator with a proven track record and a commitment to high-quality resident care.

After the health system made the decision to close the skilled nursing wing, Senwell worked with the health system to identify a new operator who could bring the facility back online and ensure continuity of care for the surrounding community. Senwell also supported the transition of bed licenses to the incoming operator as part of the lease structure.

The new operator assumed operations, reopening the facility and restoring access to skilled nursing services for the region.
