Senwell Senior Investment Advisors is pleased to announce the successful closing of a 60-bed skilled nursing facility located in Pendleton County, KY. The facility had been family owned since the 1960s and had a strong reputation in the area for providing exceptional care.
Prior to the Covid-19 pandemic, the building was 100% occupied with a waitlist. While the pandemic presented challenges, the facility was slowly increasing its occupancy month over month and on track to bounce back to its former census.
Senwell brought this attractive offering to the market, resulting in a highly competitive process with multiple offers equal to or over the asking price. After careful consideration, the seller and Senwell selected a buyer with facilities in the same geographical footprint.
