Senwell successfully closed a 122-nursing home bed license transaction on the eastern shores of North Carolina in Carteret County. The seller was forced to close the doors of its nursing home because of the severe damage that the property incurred from Hurricane Florence in 2018. Senwell was engaged and successfully identified a regional operator to acquire the bed licenses, while the sellers we able to also sell the real estate to a separate buyer for another use. The buyer intends to develop a new skilled nursing facility within the county. Brandon Bohland facilitated the transaction.
