Skilled Nursing Bed License Transfer to Southwest Ohio

Senwell Senior Investment Advisors is excited to announce the transfer of bed licenses from various counties to move to an attractive county in Southwest Ohio. The buyer decided to capitalize on its high occupancy and expand its facility with a brand-new wing, bringing more beds to a market starving for additional beds. One of the sellers of the transaction was struggling with occupancy. The bed sale reduced their bed tax, staffing, and other ancillary costs.
