In December 2024, Senwell Senior Investment Advisors completed a focused bed license acquisition in Franklin County, Ohio. A long-standing client, looking to increase capacity at one of their existing skilled nursing facilities, turned to Senwell for a precise and strategic solution.

Through our extensive network and market insight, Senwell identified two non-profit organizations that were open to parting with a portion of their bed inventory. The resulting transfer of 20 skilled nursing beds enabled the buyer to move forward with expansion plans in one of Ohio’s most competitive long-term care markets.
