Senwell is pleased to announce the successful sale of bed licenses in Grand Rapids, Michigan. A prominent regional operator approached the Senwell team of advisors with their interest in entering the Grand Rapids market. The buyer’s ideal scenario when entering this market was to look for opportunities to lease a facility until development of a new construction project was complete.
The Senwell team worked diligently to identify an opportunity where the seller was looking to exit Kent County because the asset was deemed as non-core. Senwell was able to facilitate a successful resolution to lease the facility from the PropCo, combined with a purchase and sale of the bed licenses. This transaction was facilitated by Ben Bohland and Brandon Bohland.
