Skilled Nursing Bed License Sale in Kent County, MI

Senwell is proud to announce the successful sale of bed licenses in Kent County, Michigan. A regional operator engaged Senwell, with a focused effort to expand its footprint in the Grand Rapids, Michigan market. The Senwell team identified an opportunity with a seller who was willing to consider disposing of all of its bed licenses on a particular site. The real estate was on the seller’s campus where it could be repurposed for another use. Ultimately, Senwell was able to successfully facilitate the sale all of the seller’s bed licenses on that site. This transaction was facilitated by Ben Bohland and Brandon Bohland.
