Senwell is pleased to announce the successful sale of bed licenses necessary for a new construction project from an operator that will expand senior health and hospitality services in Romeo, Michigan. The seller, a non-profit healthcare organization serving Southeast Michigan, was looking to convert some of its underutilized religious beds into operation, while capitalizing on the sale of bed licenses that could be sold to for-profit, non-religious entities in Michigan.
Senwell conducted the transaction on behalf of the buyer, a regional operator serving the Midwest. The new campus offers a wide range of services, from assisted living and long-term care to specialized memory care, short-term rehabilitation, outpatient therapy, and respite care. The campus boasts 108 beds, 55 of which are skilled nursing beds. This transaction was facilitated by Ben Bohland and Brandon Bohland.
