Nursing Home Bed License Sale in Carteret County, NC

Senwell is excited to announce the successful sale of skilled nursing bed licenses in North Carolina. A nursing home owner engaged Senwell to sell its skilled nursing bed licenses from a facility that was damaged from a hurricane. The facility had been closed since 2019. Senwell worked diligently to identify a buyer who plans to develop a new facility in Carteret County. Senwell was able to successfully facilitate the sale of all the seller’s bed licenses by working diligently with the seller, buyer, developer, county and the North Carolina Division of Health Service Regulation, Certificate of Need Section.
