Senwell first approached the seller, a local operator with a strong presence in the state, and discovered they had unsuccessfully attempted to sell the under-performing asset before. The asset was presented with the upside potential to the buyer, and Senwell successfully facilitated the negotiation between the seller and the buyer, who demonstrated honesty and integrity with the seller throughout the process.
