Senwell Arranges Assisted Living Facility Sale in Wake County, NC

With over 50 years of operating experience within their family, the seller decided that the timing was right to sell. After several unsuccessful attempts to sell the facility, the sellers reached out to Senwell to assist with the disposition that required a creative exit structure. Senwell was able to generate interest from multiple parties, and creatively structured the transactions that worked best for the seller.
