Senwell Senior Investment Advisors is pleased to announce the successful transfer of 90 skilled nursing bed licenses in Franklin County, Ohio. The seller, a large Ohio-based senior care provider, made the strategic decision to divest its skilled nursing beds in order to focus more heavily on its growing home health, hospice, assisted living, independent living, and memory care service lines.
Senwell facilitated the sale to two regional operators who plan to integrate the licenses across seven existing properties. The beds will be used to expand the skilled nursing service lines within those facilities, allowing the buyers to enhance their continuum of care offerings in a highly competitive and growing market.
Franklin County remains one of the hottest and most sought-after skilled nursing markets in Ohio, resulting in a competitive process that yielded strong buyer interest.
