Senwell is excited to announce another successful bed license transaction outside of Columbus, OH. The buyer, a regional SNF operator, needed a significant amount of beds to build a brand new, state-of-the-art facility. Senwell worked closely with the buyer to secure all of the beds from one seller. The team worked diligently with the buyer and seller through the CON application process and closing ensure the deal would close by year end. The seller, a national Senior Care and Housing operator, sold the beds due to a change in overall strategy for their community in the Columbus market. Ben Bohland led the transaction.
