Skilled Nursing Bed License Sale in Jefferson County, KY

Senwell Senior Investment Advisors successfully closed another round of skilled nursing bed licenses in Louisville, Kentucky. The seller, a Kentucky based non-profit, engaged Senwell to lead the efforts in the transaction with the intentions of developing a new real estate asset on the existing campus. The funds from the transaction helped kick start the project. Senwell was able to aggregate two buyers to acquire the beds and add to their existing nursing homes. The Certificate of Need applications were approved in November 2021 and both buyers closed in December 2021. This transaction was facilitated by Ben Bohland.
