Senwell announces another bed sale in Ohio! The buyer, a large health system, needed SNF bed licenses to develop a new facility located in Toledo, Ohio. Senwell was able to quickly find a Seller within their existing relationships. The selling facility was suffering from low occupancy and was located in a contiguous county, far enough away to avoid any competitive concerns.
