An operator in Stark County, Ohio engaged Senwell to identify and purchase additional beds for their projected growth. The County’s largest hospital announced an initiative to narrow its network of post-acute provider referrals. Since the buyer was selected as one of the handful of referral sources, there wasn’t much time to build enough capacity to meet the future demand.
The Senwell team of advisors quickly identified a seller who was interested in selling the quantity of beds the buyer was looking for. The buyer is optimistic about their future, and they are also expecting the other hospitals in the County to create a similar referral network. This transaction was facilitated by Ben Bohland and Brandon Bohland.
