Our team is well-versed in the bed transfer laws, rules, and regulations in accordance to each state’s department of health or Certificate of Need department, and we provide guidance every step of the way. When determining the right bed count for a facility, we take all considerations into account, including how to transfer beds in that particular state, the facility’s location, target market, bed taxes, and overall business strategy
Pre-Disposition and Acquisition
Senwell’s advisors will present all of the options to consider when exiting a facility, market, or when parting with bed licenses. We will deliver a marketing package to best present the asset(s) to potential buyers, all while recognizing the confidentiality of any transaction.
