Senwell is excited to announce a bed license sale near Columbus, OH. The seller, a national Senior Care and Housing operator, approached Senwell to lead the process to sell the beds due to a change in strategy for on of their communities. Senwell identified a regional operator looking to add beds to several facilities in the Columbus market and coordinated the process until closing. Ben Bohland led the transaction.
