A national Senior Housing and Senior Care operator approached Senwell after attempting to find bed licenses on their own in the Cincinnati market. After a short period of time, Senwell aggregated the exact amount of beds the buyer needed from two sellers. Senwell worked diligently with both parties to ensure a successful closing.
